Now in real estate with Keller Williams, Palo Alto, my business and personal experience give me familiarity with a range of communities. I work broadly from San Francisco to San Jose and in Fremont and Newark in the East Bay. Given our current market, I have become certified in the complex procedures of short sales and pre-foreclosures. These types of transactions can be opportunities for both buyers and sellers given the right approach and connections. With a PhD in Anthropology, I have also trained in international real estate with the National Association of Realtors. This affiliation makes me part of a network of 1500 agents working worldwide and the ability to both market properties internationally and find international buyers.
